Who we are
The fit-out is decided once, with the design in front of you
Dotări Sportive supplies equipment for sports infrastructure: seats for stadiums and sports complexes, fixed and mobile grandstands, reserve benches for players and officials, equipment for media areas, furniture for stadiums and multi-purpose halls, and sports equipment.
We work with designers, contractors, public authorities and institutions, schools and operators of sports grounds. Where we enter a project matters: the earlier the fit-out is settled, the fewer compromises are left at installation, at hand-over and in the budget.
What we check on every project
- whether the item suits the real geometry of the venue;
- what happens to it after hand-over, in cleaning and maintenance;
- whether the technical documentation can support the tender requirements.
What we do

Consultancy
We review the project requirements and recommend the right solutions for the capacity, the configuration and the available budget, before the specification is locked.

Design and customisation
We adapt dimensions, colours and lettering to the project specification, whether the client is a designer, a contractor or a public authority.

Installation and commissioning
We install the equipment and the fixed or mobile grandstands, with manual or electric operation, and hand the venue over in working order.

Maintenance
The maintenance schedule is set according to how each venue is used, so that it stays in service safely for longer.
Who we work with
The same equipment is bought for different reasons. That is why our way of working adapts to the role you have in the project.
Contractors and designers
- you are delivering stadiums, indoor halls or sports grounds;
- you need equipment delivered and installed to the construction schedule;
- you specify seats, grandstands and furniture with clear dimensions.
Public authorities and operators
- you buy through SEAP/SICAP and need complete technical documentation;
- you run a publicly used sports ground with its own maintenance routine;
- you are equipping or refurbishing halls, pitches and stands that already exist.
We do not sell from a catalogue. Every order starts from the real venue — capacity, stand geometry, patterns of use — and ends in a configuration that can be installed and maintained.

We review the data and come back with the right solution, with specifications and a commercial offer.

Together we settle customisation, colours, lettering and the delivery date.

Delivery and installation
We deliver, install and commission, and agree a maintenance schedule where one is needed.
What to send us for a quote
The basic project data is enough for a first proposal. The rest is settled as we go along.
- the type of venue: stadium, indoor hall, pitch or sports ground;
- the estimated capacity and, where it exists, the split by sectors;
- the items you are considering: seats, grandstands, benches, furniture, equipment;
- the delivery date and the stages in the works programme;
- the technical design or the stand drawing, where available;
- the tender specification, where the purchase runs through SEAP/SICAP.

If the project is not finalised, send a sketch and the estimated capacity. We can work with either version and come back with the questions that are still open.

As early as possible, ideally before the specification is finalised. That way the dimensions, the fixings and the configuration match the design from the start, and installation no longer needs changes on site.
Yes. Delivery and installation dates are agreed when the order is confirmed, and where construction runs in stages we align with the works programme so that installation does not hold up the rest of the site.
The venue is handed over in working order. A maintenance schedule is agreed according to use, where the aim is to extend safe service life.
Yes, for straightforward fit-outs a stand drawing and the estimated capacity are enough. For larger venues the technical design remains necessary, because the fixings and the specifications depend on it.
