About the solution
The VIP area is judged before it is ever used
In a box, the seat is not just somewhere to sit: it is the first thing a guest notices on entering. That is why, in premium areas, seats are chosen together with the interior finishes, the material palette of the box and the way the client receives guests.
We supply upholstered seats for private boxes, VIP stands and protocol areas, with finishes and lettering adapted to the project. We work with interior designers and contractors who need a solution coherent with the rest of the hall or stadium, not a seat chosen separately from the rest of the fit-out.
What we look at in a premium area
- coherence with the materials and colours of the box;
- how each guest’s place is marked;
- how the area is prepared between events.
What the VIP seating solution includes
01
Upholstered seats for boxes
Upholstered versions, chosen together with the interior finishes of the box, for a unified result across the whole area.
02
VIP stands and protocol areas
Configurations for protocol rows, with emphasis on comfort and on legible numbering.
03
Finishes matched to the architecture
Materials and colours are chosen according to the interior design, so the seats do not look like a later addition.
04
Customisation and lettering
Dedicated numbering, markings and colours, applied according to the client’s instructions.
Private boxes or VIP stand
The two areas have different requirements in terms of comfort, seat count and finish.
Private boxes
- a small number of seats, with emphasis on finish;
- the seats are part of the interior fit-out;
- discreet markings and numbering matter;
- the area is prepared individually before each event.
VIP / protocol stand
- longer rows with numbered seats;
- access and sightlines are coordinated with the rest of the stand;
- the finish must withstand repeated use;
- the club identity can be displayed more prominently.
Both areas can use the same seat family, with differences in finish and numbering, so the venue keeps its visual coherence.
How we handle a VIP seating order
01
The area plan
We receive the plan of the box or VIP stand and the number of seats.
02
The finishes
We choose materials and colours together, in line with the interior design.
03
Samples and offer
We agree the version, the numbering and the lettering, then send the technical offer.
04
Delivery and installation
We deliver and install according to the layout plans, with a final check.
What to send us for a VIP seating quote
The area plan and the number of seats are enough for a first finish proposal.
- the plan of the box or VIP stand, with dimensions;
- the number of seats and the desired numbering scheme;
- the interior material and colour palette, where one exists;
- the markings to be applied and where they go;
- the delivery deadline in the works schedule;
- the technical specification or the client's requirements, if any.
Keep in mind
If the interior design is not finalised, we can propose finishes that match the direction already set.

Frequently asked questions about VIP seats
The points usually discussed at the first meeting for a premium area.
We start from the interior design: the materials, the colours and the level of comfort required. We propose upholstery options that match them, so the seats look like part of the fit-out.
Yes. Numbering and markings are specified per order, according to the client’s instructions, and their placement follows the seating plan.
Yes, with differences in finish and numbering. The same seat family throughout the premium area gives visual coherence and simplifies maintenance.
The lead time depends on the chosen finishes and on the number of seats. We set it when the offer is confirmed, based on the works schedule of the venue.
