About the solution
One pitch, several sports, a single fit-out
Small sports facilities are usually the only place to play in a neighbourhood or a school. That is why a multi-use pitch must accept several sports without the markings overlapping illegibly and without the equipment for one sport blocking another. This is where the usefulness of the investment is won or lost.
We build and fit out small sports facilities, multi-use pitches, ice rinks and pools, from playing surfaces to ancillary equipment. We start from the site and from the sports that will actually be played, propose how the area is divided and the order of works, so that the facility can be used to full capacity from the first stage.
What we look at in a small sports facility
- which sports are actually played, not only planned;
- how zones are separated without blocking one another;
- in what order the works can be done, in budget stages.
What fitting out a sports facility includes
01
Multi-use pitches
How the site is divided, and the markings for the sports that will be played, with no illegible overlaps.
02
Small sports facilities
Facilities for urban and school settings, sized according to the space available and to the number of users.
03
Ice rinks and pools
Equipment for specialised sites, coordinated with the services and with safety requirements.
04
Ancillary equipment
The elements that make the pitch usable: fencing, waiting areas, equipment for spectators and staff.
Single-sport or multi-use pitch
The choice depends on who uses the facility and on how much performance matters compared with access.
Single-sport pitch
- it is dedicated to a single sport;
- dimensions and markings are the regulation ones;
- the users are always the same;
- the priority is the quality of the playing surface.
Multi-use pitch
- it is used by several age groups;
- the surface must accept several sports;
- the markings must stay legible;
- the priority is access for as many users as possible.
For schools and neighbourhoods, the multi-use option usually meets the real need better than a single-sport pitch used a few times a week.
How we approach a sports facility
01
The site
We analyse the space, its orientation and access.
02
The sports and the zones
We establish what is played and how the zones are divided.
03
Staging
We propose the order of works and the equipment for each stage.
04
Execution and handover
We coordinate deliveries and installation, then hand over a usable facility.
What to send us for a facility quote
The site plan and the list of desired sports are enough for a first proposal.
- the site plan or a sketch of the site;
- the sports that will be played;
- the user categories (school, neighbourhood, club);
- the ancillary items wanted (fencing, waiting areas);
- the stages and the budget available, if already set;
- the technical specification or the client's requirements, if any.
Keep in mind
If the budget is spread over several years, we propose staging that leaves the pitch usable after the first phase.

Frequently asked questions about fitting out sports facilities
The questions that come up when fitting out a multi-use pitch or a small facility.
The number of sports depends on the size of the site and on how the markings are laid out. We agree the list of priority sports together, so the markings stay legible.
Yes. We propose staging that leaves the pitch usable after the first phase, so the investment delivers results before the whole project is complete.
It depends on use: fencing, waiting areas, equipment for spectators or for staff. We settle these with the client, according to who uses the facility.
Yes. Small school sports facilities are among the most frequent requests, because they have to serve several age groups in the same space.
Solutions that complete a sports facility
Fixed grandstands on steel structure and mobile grandstands with manual or electric operation, adapted to the capacity and configuration of each sports venue.
Equipment for pitches and sports facilities, chosen according to the sport, the playing surface and the project requirements.
Benches, tables, seating and equipment for technical areas, changing rooms, conference rooms and circulation areas in sports venues.
