Sports equipment for contracting authorities
Dotări Sportive works with contracting authorities from local and central government, educational institutions and public operators of sports infrastructure. We offer equipment for stadiums, sports halls, pitches and training facilities, with technical specifications that can be included in the procurement documentation.
A procurement procedure is judged on its documentation. The technical specifications must describe exactly what is delivered, and the bidder must be able to support every requirement in the specification. That is why we work with the documentation in front of us, not with a generic product list, and we provide the technical data for every item that enters the procedure.
What we clarify in the first conversation
- what is delivered and in what quantities, item by item;
- which technical conditions can be required in the specification;
- who handles installation and within what deadlines.
What we can supply
01
Public and VIP seating
General-public and VIP seats for stadiums and sports complexes, in the configurations required by the documentation.
02
Fixed and mobile grandstands
Fixed grandstands on steel structure and mobile grandstands, with manual or electric operation, sized to the capacity of the venue.
03
Benches and the media area
Reserve benches for players and officials, together with the media-area equipment for the venue.
04
Furniture and sports facilities
Furniture for stadiums and multi-purpose halls, fit-outs for small sports facilities, ice rinks and swimming pools, sports equipment and accessories.
SEAP / SICAP: what you find in the platform and what we agree together
Public procurement procedures in Romania run through the Electronic Public Procurement System (SEAP/SICAP), available at e-licitatie.ro. Documentation and deadlines are published in the platform, and offers are submitted electronically.
What you find in the platform
- the participation notice and the award documentation;
- the procedure deadlines and submission conditions;
- how the offer is submitted electronically.
What we agree together, before the offer
- technical specifications for each item in the specification;
- the data needed for the technical and commercial offer;
- delivery and installation deadlines, after award.
We do not publish CPV codes, catalogue positions or SEAP records on the site. These are established for each procedure, together with the contracting authority, according to the technical specifications of the project.
How a procurement runs
01
The requirement and the specifications
The contracting authority defines the requirement and the technical specifications.
02
The documentation
You send us the documentation or the technical specification, so that we can check whether our solutions meet the requirements.
03
The technical and commercial offer
We prepare the offer with the data needed to take part in the procedure, based on the documentation received.
04
Delivery and installation
After award, we agree the delivery and installation deadlines together.
What to send us for an offer
For a first assessment, the award documentation and the equipment list are enough.
- the technical specification or the award documentation;
- the equipment list, with quantities per item;
- the technical specifications required for each item;
- the type of venue: stadium, sports hall, pitch or training facility;
- the delivery deadline and the installation stages in the works schedule;
- the contact person following the procedure.
Keep in mind
If the documentation is not finalised yet, send the equipment list and the technical requirements. Together we check what can be committed to in the offer and what needs clarifying before the notice is published.

Frequently asked questions about public procurement
What contracting authorities ask most often before including the equipment in the procurement documentation.
Yes. For each item we provide the technical data describing what is delivered, so that it can be carried over into the award documentation. The final wording and the conditions of the procedure remain the contracting authority’s decision.
No. CPV codes and catalogue positions are established for each procedure, together with the contracting authority, according to the technical specifications of the project. We do not publish such records on the site.
Delivery and installation deadlines are set after award. Where construction runs in stages, we align them with the works schedule, so installation does not hold up other work on site.
You send the equipment list and the technical requirements, and we come back with the technical proposal. The offer for the procedure is then prepared against the final documentation, with the data needed to take part.
